Senior CRM Manager - £70k - 12 Month FTC

We're partnering with a fast-growing, app-led digital business with a large and highly engaged customer base. CRM sits at the centre of their growth plans, and they need a hands-on Senior CRM Manager on a 12 month contract to own acquisition-focused lifecycle activity and deliver quickly and accurately.

What You'll Do

• Own the delivery, scaling and measurement of reward-led acquisition campaigns across the early customer lifecycle
• Build and optimise automated journeys across email, push, in-app and SMS
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, MarTech and Analytics to shape and deliver the multi-channel CRM plan
• Make sure every communication meets brand, creative and compliance standards
• Use data to track performance, test ideas and optimise at pace
• Roll up your sleeves on the build, from segmentation to template changes

You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in CRM, with a track record of designing and scaling campaigns and automated journeys
• Experience in app-first, product-led or high-frequency digital businesses
