Senior Interior Designer | Hospitality

Senior Interior Designer | Luxury Hospitality | London | Hybrid 4/1 | Up to £65,000 DOE

Our client is one of the most respected names in hospitality interior design. Their London studio is a tight-knit team with the reach of a global group behind it. They're hiring a Senior Interior Designer to lead 5-star projects for a client list very few studios get near.

You’ll own the concept: shaping the narrative, presenting it to the client and seeing it through to completion.

The role

You’ll run multiple projects at once, working closely with clients, suppliers, procurement teams and internal stakeholders to deliver each one on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Day to day, that means:

• Leading concept development through mood boards, sketches and design proposals
• Driving design development and space planning with the wider team
• Overseeing bespoke FF&E and joinery, plus the selection of materials and finishes
• Site visits to safeguard the design intent

What's on offer

• A market-leading salary of up to £65,000 DOE
• 4/1 hybrid working
• Flexible hours based on personal circumstances
• Direct exposure to an elite set of hotel operators, owners and developers
• Long‑term international mobility across the group's studios worldwide
• Visa assistance for exceptional talent
• The network, portfolio and profile to future-proof your career

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in interior design, with major international hospitality schemes at the core of your portfolio
• Proven 5‑star delivery for global hotel operators
• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong concept and presentation skills, and the confidence to lead client meetings
• Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and AutoCAD

Every application is handled in strict confidence.
