- Collaborate with producers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality.
Client interaction
- Present and explain your work to internal teams and clients.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining the integrity of your creative vision.
- Occasionally attend client meetings or workshops to share insights firsthand.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and studio team to ideate and develop concepts.
- Share your work with colleagues for input and refinement, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Actively participate in monthly Co-Labs to contribute ideas and support team innovation.
- Be flexible with travel and on-site project needs.
What success looks like
- Deliver visually stunning, technically accurate designs that exceed client expectations.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance the studio’s creative offering.

- Collaborate effectively with the Creative Team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Champion the values and beliefs that make Collaborate Global thrive.
- Exceptional creative vision and artistic talent.
- Ability to ideate from activation concepts to spatial design.
- Skilled AI explorer, integrating multiple tools into the creative workflow.
- Technical proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools.
- Strong attention to detail in composition, lighting, texture, and colour.
- Organisation, time management, and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production techniques, materials, and AV technologies.
- Confident presentation skills that clearly communicate concepts.
We don’t do “just enough.”
We believe in:
- Courageous, honest communication
- Curiosity over ego
- Making an impact

We’re building a workplace where diverse perspectives thrive and everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer — hiring based on merit and celebrating difference.
