Senior Ecommerce Growth & Campaigns Lead

SEPHORA UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Campaigns & Trading to lead Web and App experiences, translating priorities into revenue and growth. You’ll partner with Commercial, Marketing, Content, UX, Studio and Technology to optimize campaigns, content and trading across the digital channel landscape.

You’ll oversee a team of three, drive end-to-end activation and continuously improve onsite performance through data-driven decision making and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
