A growing insurance company is seeking an experienced IAM / Entra ID Engineer to support and enhance its identity and access management capabilities across a Microsoft-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID , Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools, and wider Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and identity lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or similar
Experience with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes, access reviews and entitlement management
Strong experience across Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments
PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Experience working within regulated environments, ideally Insurance or Financial Services
Broader Microsoft infrastructure experience across Active Directory, Windows Server, Intune and Exchange Online
Experience with Microsoft Entra Identity Governance
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and security services
Experience delivering IAM transformation or cloud migration projects
Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
Previous Insurance sector experience
Contract Duration: Initial 6 Months
Location: London EC3A / WFH Hybrid
