Diaspora Insurance is seeking a channels manager to translate the commercial strategy into delivery across distribution channels. You will drive policy sales, grow gross written premium, and optimise conversion, retention and customer experience through disciplined execution and coaching.
The role coordinates BDMs, sales executives, introducers and partners, reporting to the Channels Director. Travel and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Finance, IT and HR are expected.
