We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager on behalf of a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a reputable contractor with a strong presence in the industry and a portfolio of commercial projects.
The Role:
Managing electrical projects from inception through to completion.
Overseeing electrical installations on commercial projects.
Managing site teams, subcontractors and labour resources.
Coordinating with clients, consultants and other trades.
Monitoring project budgets, costs and programme deadlines.
Ensuring all works meet current regulations, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sector.
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
Relevant electrical qualifications.
A proactive approach with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
