Fleet Operations Lead — Drive Service & Efficiency

Severn Trent Plc is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead a team of 6–8 and own end-to-end fleet performance, from scheduling to service delivery.

You'll collaborate with senior fleet stakeholders, optimise resources, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive cost-efficient operations while delivering excellent customer service and value to the business.
