Group C&E Sales Manager- Stadia, Lime Venue Portfolio

About the Role

This strategic sales leadership role is responsible for overseeing proactive and reactive conference and event sales across multiple iconic sporting venues in Levy's portfolio. The post-holder leads and develops the Reactive and Proactive Sales Team and manages the day-to-day performance of conference and event sales within diary-managed Levy venues and the LVP Portfolio Central Team. They develop future strategy for the diary-managed estate across pricing, inventory controls and sales opportunities, working closely with marketing to deliver the sales, marketing and communications plan. The role also involves acting as the face of conference and events in client meetings and supporting the smooth transition of new venues into the diary-managed estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of conference and event sales across diary-managed Levy venues and the LVP Portfolio Central Team.
• Develop future strategy for the diary-managed estate across pricing, inventory controls and sales opportunities.
• Support the management and mentoring of team members.
• Work with the marketing team to deliver the sales, marketing and communications plan.
• Lead on systems development, including AI implementation and automation of new workstreams.
• Prepare for, attend and follow up on client meetings, acting as the face of conference and events.
• Prepare, lead and manage new venue mobilisations and demobilisations, ensuring smooth transition into the diary-managed estate.
• Host Teams calls with clients, customers and external stakeholders to support contract retention and development.
• Lead, manage and develop the Levy Sales team to ensure revenue delivery.
