Digital Marketing Manager

Package: £75k + 30% bonus + share options

Location: Hybrid working - 3 days in London 2 wfh ( can be flex)

I’m partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C subscription brands to find an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager. Since launching in 2020, they have grown to £60 million turnover with a global team of 40 people,

What you’ll do

• Own the engine connecting media performance to content output across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, AppLovin and more
• Dig into ad data to spot winning trends, fix what’s not working and brief creators on what to make next
• Run the production machine, keeping high-volume ad launches flowing with smart systems and a clear cadence
• Connect the click to the conversion by optimising funnels, landing pages and offers to drive incremental subscribers

Who you are

• 3+ years in growth, performance marketing or D2C/ecommerce
• Hands-on Meta Ads experience: media buying, creative testing and analysis
• Commercially sharp, and you know how CAC, LTV and efficiency drive a subscription business
• A natural process-builder who thrives on pace and juggling multiple stakeholders
• A clear, direct communicator who’s driven by results
