Key responsibilities include collection development, managing research budgets, publishing academic outputs, and fostering partnerships with higher education institutions. You'll deputise for the Head of Department as required, mentor staff and promote inclusive practices that reflect our diverse audiences.

We seek a PhD (or equivalent) qualified zoologist with proven experience in museum collections management, team leadership, and successful grant applications.

Join us in mobilising scientific knowledge to engage audiences with environmental challenges while advancing Wales' position as a leader in biodiversity research and conservation.
