Founder's Associate - Marketplaces

At Gopuff, we’re not just delivering convenience; we’re redefining how the world shops. Since pioneering instant needs in 2013, we’ve empowered millions of customers across the U.S. and U.K. to reclaim their time through seamless, fast, and reliable delivery. Behind this transformative journey is our tech-first mindset, relentless obsession with customer experience and operational excellence.

To continue shaping the future of commerce, we’re looking for an exceptional Founder's Associate for our Marketplaces function.

We believe great work happens through collaboration, not competition. You foster a culture of curiosity, respect, and shared success, ensuring data is a tool for empowerment, not gatekeeping. No room for arrogance, just a commitment to helping others and making an impact together.

If you’re a high-performer who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments, this is your chance to build, innovate, and leave a lasting mark on one of the most disruptive industries in the world.

Are you ready to shape the future of commerce?

Let’s go!

You will:

• Work directly with senior leadership to help scale and optimise Gopuff’s marketplace business across the UK through both strategic initiatives and operational execution.
• Own the execution and performance management of promotions, pricing, merchandising, and marketing across multiple marketplace platforms.
• Monitor marketplace performance daily, rapidly troubleshoot operational or commercial issues, and proactively implement solutions to improve growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Build and maintain trackers, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and weekly business reviews to drive operational rigour and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on promotions, pricing, customer behaviour, and overall business performance to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial efficiency.
• Support commercial partnership management by coordinating with marketplace partners, contributing to negotiations, and helping optimise joint business opportunities and investments.
• Support P&L management by evaluating performance, monitoring investment efficiency, and helping ensure profitable allocation of promotional and marketing resources.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives and improve marketplace performance.

You have:

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, finance, e-commerce, or commercial role.
• A natural problem-solver with a strong bias for action and a flexible mindset.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with leading strategic planning and reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience supporting partnership management, negotiating commercial initiatives, or driving profitable business growth.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience building forecasts, trackers, and performance reporting.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

• We want to help our employees stay safe and healthy. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision and Mental health support to all eligible employees.
• Company RSU’s (Restricted Stock Units)
• Gopuff employee rewards (including some great brand partnership deals)
• Career growth opportunities
