We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale network rollout and infrastructure projects across a complex multi-site environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a project professional with a strong networking background who can successfully manage suppliers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing network deployments across large estates and be confident in holding third-party providers accountable for delivery, performance, and service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of network rollout and infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
Manage complex network transformation programmes covering more than 150 sites.
Coordinate internal teams, technical specialists, suppliers, and external service providers.
Monitor project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Hold suppliers and network providers accountable for milestones, deliverables, and service quality.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive governance, reporting, and project assurance activities.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and transition into support.
Deliver projects within local government environments, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and procurement frameworks.
