Lead the ER side of restructures, redundancy programmes and acquisition integration, including policy harmonisation
Support works council and collective consultation activity across European jurisdictions
Instruct and manage external counsel, and turn legal advice into practical business recommendations
Strengthen case governance, escalation routes and ER reporting across the region
Key experience
Strong UK employment law knowledge and significant ER experience in a regulated environment is a must.
Practical, multi-country European experience, working effectively with local counsel
Hands-on works council or collective consultation experience
A track record in M&A integration or organisational change with ER impact
Sound commercial judgement and the credibility to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
