• Demonstrates a secure understanding of the different layers of delegation, accountability and decision-making that exist within a Multi-Academy Trust, and the ability to lead successfully within these structures while maintaining strong accountability for school outcomes.
• Understands how to operate effectively within a framework of earned autonomy, knowing when decisions can be taken locally and when Trust approval or oversight is required.
• Continues to drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement.
• Will develop and empower staff at every level to inspire and develop high performing teams.
• Think outside the box to bring innovation and creativity to our school
• Contribute strategically to the ongoing success of Kings Education Trust.
• Has a proven track record of successful leadership and school improvement.
