Employment Lawyer

We are working with a leading international law firm that is looking to expand its Employment Law team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing private practice team advising major multinational clients on complex, high-profile employment matters.

The role will be predominantly advisory rather than contentious, with work including:

• Employment aspects of M&A transactions
• International restructurings and large-scale redundancies
• Strategic employment advice to global businesses

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, candidates will have gained experience within a City, Silver Circle or leading international law firm, with strong exposure to corporate employment advisory work.

The firm is particularly interested in lawyers who have an enthusiasm for AI and legal technology, especially those who have acted as AI champions within their teams.
