A well regarded and ambitious Essex law firm is seeking an accomplished Commercial Property lawyer with at least 8 years post qualification experience to head its thriving Commercial Property department in Essex.
This is far more than a fee earning role. It is an opportunity to shape the future of a successful department, lead a talented team and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.
The role includes:
Leading and developing a team of six Commercial Property lawyers
Supervising, mentoring and supporting colleagues at different stages of their careers
Managing a department with an annual turnover of approximately £1 million
Handling a broad range of high quality Commercial Property work for an established client base
Working closely with the firm's leadership team to drive strategic growth and business development
The successful candidate will:
Have at least 8 years post qualification experience in Commercial Property
Be an experienced people manager or someone ready to step into a significant leadership position
Have strong technical expertise across a broad range of Commercial Property matters
Enjoy mentoring others and building high performing teams
Be commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
