Senior Manager

We’re supporting an established professional services firm in London that is seeking a Commercial Valuations Senior Manager to join its expanding practice.

This is an opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of valuation engagements, work closely with Partners and Directors, develop junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of a team established only a few years ago.

• Managing valuation engagements from inception through to completion
• Delivering valuations for accounting, tax, commercial and forensic purposes
• Applying techniques including DCF, multiples analysis, option pricing and intangible asset valuation
• Preparing clear, commercially focused reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Providing technical challenge and input on complex assignments
• Building trusted client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Coaching and developing junior team members
• Contributing to presentations, thought leadership and wider marketing initiatives
• A strong background in financial and accounting experience with at least five years’ valuations experience
• Valuations experience gained within a professional services firm
• Excellent financial-modelling, analytical and report-writing skills
• Strong commercial judgement and client-management capability
• A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or equivalent

You’ll have a high degree of autonomy, broad exposure across different valuation assignments and a genuine opportunity to influence how the team develops.
