Senior Manager, M&A Lead Advisory – Sell-Side Execution

Future_find’s South East corporate finance team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end sell-side transactions with a busy client base and strong deal flow.

You will own IM drafting, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, SPA and completion mechanics, run client and investor meetings, and mentor junior team members. The role offers clear progression toward Associate Director as the team grows.
