We're looking for an exceptional Associate Director to strengthen a leading building services consultancy's Manchester team — an electrical engineer who combines outstanding technical ability with the leadership skills to develop people, raise standards and make a genuine difference.

You’ll lead by example, mentor and inspire engineers, oversee design quality and work on challenging projects while helping shape the team's future.
