Founding Designer for Autonomous AI Engines (UX & Brand)

Hone is building AI engines that own outcomes and learn over time. As the first designer, you will own the UX paradigms for multiplayer, asynchronous, and autonomous systems—covering product design end to end, the design system, and Hone's brand and marketing site.

You will shape interfaces that support engine onboarding, decision views, and reversible autonomy, working with engineers and product teams to make complex tech approachable and effective.
