The Head of Agriculture & Rural Services will lead a well-established North East rural practice within a full-service law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will shape strategy, drive growth, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers across related teams.
Ideal candidates are Legal Director or Salaried Partner level with 8+ years of PQE in agricultural and rural property matters, strong business development instincts and a collaborative leadership style.
