Antler is looking for a Chief of Staff to support their UK Partners. This role is central to the firm’s operations, helping to streamline communication and decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Partners and various teams to enhance efficiency and improve the founder experience. It’s a dynamic position where no two days are the same, and you’ll have a real impact on how the firm operates.
What You’ll Do
Own the UK team’s weekly operations and meetings.
Help the Partners prioritize tasks and track performance goals.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Support fundraising efforts and manage external relationships.
Enhance the founder experience and improve internal processes.
What You Need
Strong analytical skills to work with data.
Experience building systems in fast-paced environments.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Background in strategy, consulting, or generalist roles.
