Enterprise Account Executive

Location: London, hybrid with 3 days per week in Holborn
Focus: Enterprise sales, new business and UK market growth

Vu Nexus is recruiting on behalf of a growing technology business helping property owners, developers and construction companies manage water risk, reduce waste and improve building performance.

Following a recent $36 million Series D funding round, the business is expanding. Its solution combines AI-powered software, connected hardware and real-time monitoring to detect leaks and support more efficient buildings.

The opportunity

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle across the UK, generating new opportunities and winning large, complex customers across commercial real estate, construction and facilities management.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a direct part in growing the UK business, with ownership of strategic accounts and support from technical and international colleagues.

What you will do

• Build your own pipeline through targeted prospecting and new-business development.
• Develop relationships with property owners, developers, facilities leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales processes from initial outreach and discovery through to negotiation and close.
• Work with technical colleagues to deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals and business cases.
• Negotiate multi-site, multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to support UK growth.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience, including enterprise new business.
• A strong track record of generating your own pipeline and winning new customers.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing deals worth £100k or more.
• Exposure to real estate, property technology, construction, facilities management, smart buildings, IoT or related sectors.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and engaging senior executives.
• Experience negotiating complex, multi-year agreements.
• A structured sales approach, using MEDDIC, SPICED or a similar methodology.
• The ability to explain technical solutions through clear commercial benefits.
• A hands-on, collaborative approach and confidence working in a growing business.

Experience closing deals around £250k and selling into property owners, developers or facilities teams would be particularly valuable.
