Role

Principal Global Agency Development Manager role focused on strategic relationships with major global advertising holding companies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing C-suite partnerships, negotiating global frameworks and rate cards, and establishing multi-year transformation roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally with AdTech, Product, and Partner Education teams and coordinate with Country Heads of Agency. Develop customer-led growth strategies, deliver agency-wide education programs, identify strategic collaboration opportunities, and lead video advertising strategy.

Qualifications

Requires 7+ years B2B sales experience, 10+ years digital ad sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of programmatic media and DSPs. Preferred experience includes building client and agency ad partnerships and presenting to SVP and C-Level executives.
