Principal, Technology consulting - Microsoft

We're looking for a Principal, Technology consulting - Microsoft to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode.

As a Principal, Technology consulting – Microsoft, you'll lead the design, architecture and delivery of agentic AI solutions for our clients, from initial concept through to production on Azure. This role is suited to people from both industry and consulting backgrounds: what matters most is hands‑on experience delivering AI and agentic solutions in production environments. You'll also lead the technical side of pre‑sales activities, helping shape solution strategies and proposals alongside sales and account teams. The role includes regular engagement with senior client stakeholders, so you'll need a practical and well‑informed perspective on both the technology and its business applications.

You'll bring experience delivering AI solutions in production, not just building prototypes, whether your background is in Data, Infrastructure or Solution Architecture. You'll be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments, collaborating across teams and taking solutions from concept through to deployment. Experience working with senior stakeholders is important, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and credibly.

Alongside client work, you'll help shape the practice's approach to agentic AI by contributing to technical standards, developing offerings and mentoring other consultants.

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in this space and a desire to stay current as the technology continues to evolve.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including CXO‑level influence
• Experience in pre‑sales technical solutioning and proposal development
• Previous client‑facing experience in consulting or industry
