About the Role

• Supporting residents with household routines and daily living tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 months’ experience in care or support work
• Certificated social care training
• Knowledge or experience of autism support and challenging behaviour
• Compassionate, flexible, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
