Senior Event Content Producer

Working across both B2C and B2B audiences, you will curate content, secure speakers, and deliver high-quality experiences that bring together communities.

Description

• Research the market and spot industry trends to curate and plan a unique, relevant content programme for events
• Speaker acquisition, including negotiating speaker contracts to adhere to budgets, across consumer stages and B2B content.
• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure agendas go live in a timely fashion and to create a joined‑up approach to the marketing effort.
• Work with Event Managers/Directors and sales teams to ensure content timelines fit within the project flow.
• Attend events, manage stages and speakers on‑site, and monitor and review sessions for quality control.
• Design and create on‑site materials, such as holding slides and agendas.
• Deliver pre‑show speaker briefings and documentation.
• Maintain events' speaker databases and other relevant administrative tasks.
• Manage website speaker content, including profiles and agendas.

Job Offer

Salary c.£35,000 plus benefits

Hybrid working 3 days a week in Surrey
