Paid Media Executive

SHIFT Active Media requires a Paid Media Executive to join our team. We are searching for someone with a passion for cycling and the great outdoors looking to start a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in executing multi-channel global advertising campaigns. Responsibilities:

Advertising Planning and Execution

• Assist Media Managers in developing paid media plans to meet client objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Support the execution and management of paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager and YouTube
• Help ensure campaigns are optimised for performance and budget efficiency.
• Assist in creating ad creative and copy, collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Monitor budgets for multiple campaigns and clients.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and make adjustments to bid strategies, budgets, and ad placements.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Support the use of analytics tools to track campaign performance, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Help prepare reports on campaign results, including impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Support keyword research to inform campaign planning.

About you:

• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Inherent interest in cycling and an active lifestyle (preferred).
