Senior Biomedical Scientist & Training Lead

The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Biomedical Scientist-Training Lead to join the Pathology laboratory team. You will assist with managing day-to-day operations in a designated laboratory area, providing specialist clinical technical services and supporting training and development of technical staff.

You will maintain CPD, competence documentation, training matrices and real-time training updates, while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety policies and SOPs.
