Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a female Support Worker/Carer to assist a young man with Down Syndrome, Autism and learning disabilities. The role involves 6 hours daily community access support and 9-hour nightly shifts, within a small dedicated team.
We value patience, kindness and reliability, with experience in autism/LD/mental health and the ability to work 1:1 or 2:1. DBS clearance is required; driving licence preferred and vehicle provided.
