Senior Advisor - Internal Communications

We are hiring a Senior Advisor to join our Internal Communications team based in London on a hybrid basis. You'll work alongside an established group, support our senior leaders and make an impact in bringing our strategic vision to life. You'll make an impact by:

Lead and deliver executive communications strategies for the CEO and OpCo, aligned to business priorities.
Create compelling content and campaigns across channels including events, video and written communications.
Develop core messaging, communication plans, Q&A and briefings for strategic initiatives and leadership events.
Build good relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement and collaboration.
Set, monitor and report on communications outcomes and effectiveness, using insights to improve impact.
Lead strategic communications projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality delivery, governance and stakeholder buy-in.
Previous experience working within an Internal Communications role.
Experience working within a large, corporate environment, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, with great stakeholder management skills.
Strategically minded, with the ability to think holistically and understand the wider business.
