Senior Design Lead: Shape Visual System & Studio Direction

Craft Agency Ltd. in London, a small-to-mid sized, AI-native product and creative studio, is hiring to shift toward acting as clients’ creative team. The role mixes hands-on design with team leadership in a remote-first setup.

With 8+ years in design, you’ll own quality control, build a visual system from scratch and guide enterprise-scale projects through from concept to CMS-ready builds. You’ll mentor staff and influence hiring as the studio grows.
