Base pay range

At Kimal, our success is built on collaboration and shared values. Across every role and team, we are guided by our four core values — Integrity, Positivity, Inclusion, and Kindness. These principles shape how we work, support one another, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

We’re looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator who brings creativity, precision, and passion to every project. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging events — from trade shows and product launches to webinars and educational programmes — that showcase our brand and connect with key audiences.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a flair for organising and want to make a difference in MedTech marketing, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a wide variety of events, including trade shows, product launches, webinars and training programmes.
• Act as the main point of contact at events — overseeing setup, delivery, and breakdown.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event activities with wider business goals.
• Manage logistics, vendors, and budgets to ensure every event runs seamlessly and within cost targets.
• Develop event marketing materials and campaigns (digital and print).
• Track and analyse post-event data to measure success and identify improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Events Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing and/or events environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Experience delivering hybrid or virtual events (e.g. Zoom, Teams).
• Able to travel to different business locations and events, including some domestic travel and occasional international travel involving overnight stays.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us

• Competitive salary, pension, healthcare cash plan, service and recognition awards, and an excellent Refer a Friend scheme.
• A collaborative, supportive culture where our values are lived every day — Integrity, Positivity, Inclusion, and Kindness.
• A hybrid working model, offering flexibility and balance.
• Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic marketing team.
• The chance to work on diverse events that make a real impact within the healthcare industry.

Kimal is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
