Triumph Consultants are looking for an Estates Officer to provide estate, asset, project management and valuation support across the Council's property portfolio. Contract is for 6 months in Darlington DL1 5QT.
Pay Rate: £26.92 per hour PAYE

Key requirements
Member or Associate of RICS.
Around five years' experience managing land and property projects, external agents and approval processes.
Strong estate and asset management knowledge, including valuation work to RICS and CIPFA/IFRS standards.
Proven experience of major disposals and acquisitions, due diligence, development appraisals and joint ventures.
Strong negotiation, report writing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities
Provide professional estate, asset, project management and valuation advice.
Manage lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, compensation and related portfolio matters.
Lead strategic acquisitions and disposals, completing due diligence and instructing solicitors and external agents.
Project manage multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, approvals, risks and delivery programmes.
Prepare reports and appraisals, ensuring transactions comply with procurement, safety and Council requirements.
