Local Marcom and Media Manager

Manpower are seeking a talented and strategic Local Marcom andamp; Media Manager to help drive their marketing agenda across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Media Leadership Execute the strategic direction for media investment and performance in the region. Implement and support media planning to ensure alignment with brand strategies and business priorities, including retail media.
• Marketing Communications Excellence Deliver integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels. Ensure marketing communications are aligned with brand, category, and commercial objectives.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Partner closely with EMEA Marcom andamp; Activation teams, Brand teams, Digital andamp; Insight functions, and external agencies. Build strong relationships with local market stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in brand communications, digital content creation or marketing production.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media strategy, and campaign performance measurement.
• Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
