HajjGuider is looking for a marketing coordinator who can help turn useful pilgrimage resources into campaigns that reach real communities.

This is not a generic social posting role. We care about practical growth: useful pages, thoughtful outreach, mosque and ISoc partnerships, Search Console learning, and content that helps UK pilgrims make better decisions.

What the role involves

• Coordinating outreach to mosques, Islamic societies, community publishers, and partners
• Helping promote Hajj and Umrah planning resources
• Supporting SEO content briefs and internal linking work
• Preparing email, WhatsApp, and newsletter copy
• Tracking campaign performance and backlink opportunities
• Helping improve landing pages based on user questions and search data

Who this may suit

This may suit a marketer, graduate, community organiser, Islamic society volunteer, or someone with strong writing and coordination skills.

You should be comfortable with practical execution and not just ideas. The work rewards someone who follows up, tracks details, and learns from the numbers.

Useful experience

• Digital marketing, outreach, SEO, or community campaign experience
• Strong writing and editing
• Familiarity with UK Muslim communities, mosques, or student societies
• Comfort with spreadsheets, email tools, analytics, and simple CMS workflows
• Interest in Hajj, Umrah, Islamic travel, or Muslim community services
