THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to take ownership of a strategically important South-East territory and deliver significant commercial growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished medical device sales professional who combines strong commercial instincts with the credibility and gravitas to build lasting relationships with senior clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.

The successful candidate will inherit an established territory with significant potential to grow existing accounts, develop new business and increase market penetration.

This ismore than an account-management role. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a clear track record of:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ medical device sales experience and a proven record of delivering against, and ideally exceeding, sales targets.

You will be:

• A strong territory developer, able to identify where the growth opportunities are and build a clear plan to capture them.
• A natural relationship builder, capable of developing trusted relationships with clinicians, surgeons, procurement and senior decision-makers.
• Commercially confident, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
• Consultative rather than transactional in approach.
• Able to demonstrate tangible examples of:
• territory revenue growth
• successful sales performance record
• building trusted, successful relationships with senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing a geographically dispersed territory.
• Resilient and tenacious, with the drive to convert opportunities into results.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ medical device sales experience – essential.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Evidence of successfully growing a territory.
• Proven new business and account-development capability.
• Experience selling into NHS and/or private healthcare environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
