Completing tasks contributing to Goodwin’s maintenance service to a good standard for all sites. Ensuring that electronic information is recorded, accurate and updated as necessary.
Ensuring that all maintenance and landscaping equipment/supplies are safe to use and are used appropriately. Maintaining accurate service/inspection records.
Completing building open-up and lock down for all sites when required.
Requesting/ordering appropriate materials for specific tasks.
Ensuring all Goodwin’s buildings remain compliant.
Ensuring vehicles remain compliant and keeping accurate records.
Championing health and safety and ensuring regulations and procedures are followed and adhered to.
Provide cover for other shifts and/or sites as and when required.
