The Role

As a graduate school support worker, you may:

• Support students in lessons (whole class, small groups, or 1:1)
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management
• Gain exposure to different subjects, year groups, and school environments
• Build valuable experience for teacher training, PGCE, or education‑related careers

Roles can include Teaching Assistant , Cover Supervisor , or Pastoral/SEN support , depending on your interests and the school's needs.

Ideal for Graduates Who Are:

• Considering a career in teaching or education
• Interested in psychology, SEN, youth work, or social care
• Confident, enthusiastic, and keen to work with young people
• Looking for paid school experience in a supportive setting

Requirements

• A degree (any subject welcome)

• Ability to commit to school hours (full‑time or part‑time opportunities available)
