Product & Marketing Specialist – Asset Management

This is an exciting role for a Product & Marketing Specialist will work as part of the Product, Sales & Marketing team to provide support across the firm’s product development and marketing activity, ensuring the smooth day- to-day delivery of product documentation, product governance administration, and marketing and digital content activity.

This role is based in Dubai and we are happy to accept applicants from outside the region.

Interestingly, although this house has $15 AUM, it is still very much in start-up, evolution stage, therefore this role will be ideal for a Product Professional who has a desire to be involved in the strategic evolution of a thriving Asset Management Firm. You must have a desire to build a legacy and create significant “real impact”.

The incumbent will work closely with the investment management, sales, legal, compliance and operations teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of a wide and varied specification, the role will:

Product Support

Coordinate product launch workstreams, including the preparation and administration of necessary launch documents, tracking outstanding tasks, stakeholder signoffs and caveats through to completion.
Assist with product governance documentation, including the circulation and documentation flow for committee packs and corresponding approval processes, ensuring papers are shared on time and decisions are accurately recorded.
Coordinate fund set-up and ISIN activation with Operations and external service providers and drive the onboarding process for new funds and segregated managed accounts (SMAs).
Support fund and segregated portfolio (SP) onboarding administration, including liaison with fund administrators, legal advisors and Operations on documentation requirements.
Maintain the Firm's product and fund register/pipeline tracker, including status updates to support Risk
Management and Investment Committee reporting.
Assist with monitoring regulatory filing deadlines and registration requirements across DFSA, CMA and other relevant jurisdictions, flagging upcoming actions to the Head of Product & Marketing.
Maintain product presentations, product database and product collateral and produce management information and product dashboards. Conduct competitor and market researcher

Marketing Support

Maintain and update the Firm's website and social media accounts on an ongoing basis, in line with the approved content calendar and branding guidelines.
Support the creation and formatting of marketing collateral — factsheets, presentations and fund commentary.
Regularly update corporate and product presentations to reflect current offerings and strategic priorities.
Assist with the coordination and logistics of conferences, roadshows and Firm-hosted events, including registration, materials preparation and follow-up tracking.
Support execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, distribution and basic performance tracking (reach and engagement).
Support the compiling and dissemination of thought leadership and product content across communication channels, including sourcing and organising content ideas for review.
Ensure all materials produced are appropriately versioned, dated and routed for approval in line with the

Other

Provide general administrative support to the Product, Sales & Marketing team.

Experience

The role incumbent will be an organised, proactive individual with strong attention to detail, keen to develop a career in investment product management and/or marketing within financial services.

Must have 3–6 years in asset management, product, marketing or investment support.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
