£35,000-£40,000 | Manchester | Hybrid - 2 days in Manchester / 3 days WFH

The role is a 12 month FTC

We’re looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join a growing Commerce Marketing team and take responsibility for managing and optimising paid search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands and products.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced PPC professional who enjoys working with data, testing and optimisation, and wants to have a real impact on commercial performance.

The role

You’ll work closely with the PPC Manager to:

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement A/B testing strategies.
• Monitor key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
• Produce regular performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with PPC trends, tools and platform developments.
• Work across multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for

We’re open to candidates from either an agency or in-house background . The key thing is strong hands-on PPC experience and a genuine passion for paid search.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 2-3 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Strong Google Ads and Bing Ads knowledge.
• Experience managing campaigns against commercial KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• A commercial mindset and a desire to continually improve performance.

Experience with Google Analytics, SA360, Power BI, Looker Studio or Funnel would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

What you’ll get

• £35,000-£40,000 salary
• Hybrid working - 2 days per week in Manchester, 3 days from home
