Analog IC Design Lead - Build & Lead a New Team (Hybrid)

IC Resources, Edinburgh, is seeking an experienced Analog IC Design Lead to own projects from concept through silicon and to build a new design team. Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) is preferred as the team grows.

You will mentor junior engineers, influence methodologies, and collaborate with the R&D Director to establish a high-performing IC design function within a growing technology company.
