What you’ll be doing:
You will be supporting a lady 2 to 1 who has learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex needs, with various levels of independence - it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.
Promoting the independence of the lady you will be supporting and taking part in her chosen activities.
May involve occasional lone working.
Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
Shifts will involve early mornings, late nights, nights, and weekends.
