About the Role

Production Operatives for a busy industrial greenhouse facility specialising in the cultivation and processing of fresh cress.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will play a key part in keeping production running smoothly. You'll be working as part of a large team in a high-demand environment, so reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the growing, harvesting, and packing of fresh cress
• Working across different areas of the production line
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Meeting production targets in a busy environment
• Working effectively within a team to keep operations moving

What We're Looking For

Good physical stamina (role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks)

• Ability to

learn quickly and follow processes accurately

• A

team player who can work efficiently with others

Full flexibility required - weekend work is part of the rota and cannot be avoided

Hours of Work

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 5 days out of 7

Weekend availability is essential - candidates must be prepared to work weekends
