Social Media Volunteer

To provide social media support to all services within Walk the Walk Family Support Service and support fundraising for the Charity.

Job Duties

• Increase the charities social media following
• Creating content at the direction of the senior management team
• Ensuring the charities social media presence is active at all times, responsive and promoting the charity and its’ interests.
• Supporting fundraising events with social media content
• Delivering innovative ways to drive online engagement

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience with social media and marketing is desirable
• Experience with social media tools
• A track record of social media success
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliable and timely in delivery when tasked to provide a specific engagement thread i.e. able to deliver on time for specific events such as mental health awareness week.
