Cybersecurity Transformation Leader (BISO)

Gist, part of the M&S Group, is seeking an experienced BISO & Cybersecurity Programme Lead to strengthen and transform our cybersecurity capability. You’ll lead the cybersecurity roadmap, governance, risk and assurance, and work with senior leaders, auditors and strategic partners to embed risk-aware decision making for secure growth.

You will drive security transformation, coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and ensure lessons learned translate into lasting improvements across the business.
