IT Support Technician (Level 1) – Hybrid London, Day Rate

Systemiq is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Contractor to provide frontline technical support for staff across hardware, software and network-related issues in a hybrid London environment.

Based in the London office with three in-office days, you will set up hardware for new starters, manage user accounts, resolve tickets, and contribute to ISO 27001 compliance. The role reports to the IT Operations Manager and is paid on a day-rate basis.
