Senior Oracle Intelligent Advisor Developer

Senior IA Developers are responsible for designing, building, testing, releasing andsupporting IA forms, rules and bespoke client-side components, together withassociated database and integration changes. They ensure IA services areaccessible, performant, secure and operable throughout the service lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and build IA rulebases and form journeys aligned to functional and non functional requirements.
• Ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance including ARIA and keyboardbehaviour.
• SQL Server schema design, stored procedures and audit data management insupport of IA services.
• Development and support of Java SOAP connector integrations.
• Functional, regression, accessibility and non-functional testing.
• Release support including ServiceNow change management and CABparticipation where required.
• Live service support including incident triage, defect resolution and business facing support.
• Contribution to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuousimprovement.

Expected Experience

• Delivery of production IA services end-to-end
• Ownership of full IA form and rule lifecycle
• Live Service support experience in regulated environments
• Strong collaboration with operations, delivery and business stakeholders
