Looking for an opportunity to enter the Data Centre sector?

An established engineering business experiencing continued growth across data centres and critical infrastructure is looking for a Design Manager to strengthen its team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of design coordination across complex engineering projects, working with multidisciplinary teams and playing a key role in successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and coordinating M&E design packages, interfaces and deliverables.
• Working with customers, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Identifying design challenges, resolving issues and bringing in specialist support where needed.
• Ensuring designs meet project requirements, programme deadlines and delivery expectations.

Who would be well suited to this role?

We're keen to speak with Design Managers, Design Coordinators and experienced M&E professionals with design management experience.

Your background could be in a building services consultancy, M&E contractor or another complex engineering environment, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial or critical infrastructure projects.

You'll need a good understanding of M&E services, strong coordination skills and the confidence to engage with customers and solve problems.

What's on offer?

• Salary up to & around £75,000 + benefits
• A stable, growing business with an expanding portfolio of technically challenging projects.
• Varied work, long-term development opportunities and the chance to make a real impact.
